You decide whether to book a plan. Without a booking the trial simply ends, and there are no costs because we never ask for payment details.
Users are the members of your team who create projects, upload files and invite clients. Approvers are the people on the client side who review and approve files. They do not need their own account.
With monthly billing you can cancel CLAPPO monthly. With yearly billing the term is twelve months, paid upfront.
