For a core team of up to 5 people, Start (€99 net per month) is usually enough. From six people or many clients we recommend Team (€169 net per month) with 15 users and unlimited approvers.
Can I use CLAPPO with my agency branding?
Yes. You customize the logo, brand color and email templates. Your clients see your branding, not ours.
Which file formats can I get approved?
Images, multi-page PDFs, videos with timestamped comments, as well as Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.
How do I keep track of many projects?
The dashboard shows open revisions, deadlines and activity. The gallery brings all files together across projects with filters, search and bulk download.
Can we capture required details such as EAN or article number?
Yes. For each project category you define extra fields such as EAN/GTIN or article number. If a required detail is missing, CLAPPO blocks the approval until it is filled in.
