Reviewing files
Fast or full resolution
One switch toggles between a fast preview and full resolution. Markups stay in the same place in both views.
Zoom up to 400%
Use the slider or mouse wheel to go into detail. Full screen for calm viewing, with “File 3 of 12” and arrows.
Multi-page PDFs
Page through page by page. Each markup belongs to its page, and a click on the comment jumps there.
Keyboard shortcuts
Arrow keys for the next file, numbers for tools, Page Up/Down for PDF pages. The question mark shows the overview.
Commenting and markups
Markups on the artwork
Pen, arrow, line, circle, rectangle, numbered pins and text right in the image, in seven colors. Markups can be moved and resized.
Mark text in PDFs
Highlight, underline or strike through text. The markup is attached to the spot as a comment.
Replies, mentions, reactions
Threaded replies, @mentions, emoji reactions, formatted text and up to five attachments per comment.
Comments as tasks
The team turns comments into tasks with the status open, in progress or done. Clients see the status but cannot change it.
Internal comments
Notes for the team and freelancers only. Clients and approvers do not see them.
Open items per project
One list of all open tasks across all files of a project, filtered by file and person. A click jumps to the spot.

When you upload a new version, open items from the old version stay visible until your team ticks them off. Nothing gets lost between rounds.

Versions instead of file chaos
Every correction becomes a new version of the same file. The version history shows every state with date, person and note.

Any two versions on top of each other, with a divider you drag. Zoom and PDF pages move together.

The new version lies over the old one and shows through as much as you like. Or both alternate automatically so small changes stand out.

Required details before approval
Extra fields per category such as EAN/GTIN or item number. If a required detail is missing, approval is blocked until it is added.
Who has seen what?
Next to each approver an eye shows whether the current version has been opened.
Deadlines and reminders
Deadline per project or file with a traffic-light status. Approvers and project managers are reminded automatically; on request CLAPPO posts missed deadlines in your team channel.
